1. Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To process your request, we may require:
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- Photos of the packaging
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and offer a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
We will arrange:
- A replacement shipment
or - A refund (based on your preference)
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care products
- Cosmetics
- Intimate apparel
- Products that come into direct contact with skin or body
Additionally:
- All discounted items are final sale
- Personalized/customized products are non-returnable
- Custom orders cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled once production has started
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: within 7 business days
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
